Religious Education

In religious education we went to the wood work. We talked with Boca(Eduardo)about the wood used to bild a soap box.

Physical Education

In Physical Education, we did the weight and the heigh measures of the components of the group. We chose a F1 team, researched about it, the pilot of the team and about their races.
We did a paper with the material that we collected.

History

In history we watched a film: "Tempos Modernos".The film tells about of the process of industrialization in São Paulo.
We also researched about old games and the rolimã history.

Science

In Science we listened the teacher telling about the wood and wich would be better to build the car.

English

In english we researched what is soap box and billy cart.
After that, we chose the best text and we built a potfolio where we kept them.

Art

In Art each one draw one logo for the soap box , and we chose one for the soap box , we also chose a name: Hot Stop.
After that, we draw the soap box on the wood, and painted it.

Portuguese

In portuguese we read the book "Transplante de menina", the book tells about a girl who moves country. We also made a "personal report", when we wrote about our lives. We collected parts of the book and we justifyed this parts. Finally we wrote about the places where the story happens.

Subjects

The subjects involved in the project are: Math, English, Science, Portuguese, Religious Education, Physical Education, Art, Music and history.

Math

In math,we used the things we learned to build the soap box. Our teacher Percio gave us some time in his classes to decide how it was going to be the format of the car,what were the mesures of the car.
We did a presentation with all the topics like the History of the soapbox, using the PowerPoint.
We did a t-shirt with our symbol.

Soap Box

In our work at Colégio Rainha da Paz, we had a project to build a soap box. The first part was to draw the soap box with the mesures. The second part was to build the soap box and the third was to paint it.
After that, we went down the school's ramp with the soap box.
It was very cool!!
